The 2018 St George's College Piano Competition

The Piano Competition at St George’s College is now in its fourth year. The competition is open to all students currently enrolled at any university in Western Australia. 
 The Semi-Final and Grand-Final will take place at the St George’s College Dining Hall, home to a magnificent Fazioli 278 Concert Grand Piano, sponsored through the generous support of Peter Knight and the Knight family, the University of Western Australia, and Snadens Piano
The top three performances as judged by the panel will be awarded $1000, $500 and $250 respectively. The prize money is generously awarded by the piano competition sponsor Snadens Pianos, Nedlands. 
People’s Choice Award
The People’s Choice Award will be awarded to the competitor with the most votes overall from the Public. The recipient may also be awarded one of the Overall Winners’ Cash Prizes. 
Judging Panel
The preliminary judging panel will be chaired by St George’s College Music Fellow, Raymond Yong, and the competition final will be judged by an expert panel.
